It's been a busy two weeks!

Maddie is brushing Caitlyn's hair for me. If only she was always this gentle.

Illness hit the Schneider household. All four of us got sick, one after the other. The weird thing was it was with completely different viruses. Caitlyn was the first to get it. She had a bad cough. So bad that she'd vomit afterwards.
Feeling better.

Jon's parents visited us in the middle of all this illness. Unfortunatly Jon's dad caught a cold from us. I also had a cold and completely lost my voice.

Nana wasn't enjoying this at all :)

I stayed home with sick Caitlyn while Maddie, Jon and her grandparents went to Gentry Farms.

Mmmm, cookies. I had a little too much help.

The new train at our zoo.

Poor Maddie got it the worst. The night Nana and Granpa left Maddie came down with a stomach bug. She woke covered in vomit. Yuck. It just broke my heart for her. I slept with her in the guest room and she vomited all night. She would feel it coming and roll out of bed for the bowl. Luckily it was a 24 hour bug. This is her sleeping on the couch the morning after since neither of us got much sleep. She also took an 3 hour afternoon nap which really helped her.

Big trip to Target.

Kiss anyone? Caitlyn likes licking all the cream out of the oreos.

Saying cheese while eating cheese.

First pigtails.

Another great use for a passy is a marker holder.

I LOVE this playroom. Whenever we come here the girls are so happy and QUIET. They tend to fight a lot at home but there are enough toys to go around here.

Ok, here they were fighting over the trains but luckily moved on quickly.

Maddie loved this magician. She sat so still and watched for the whole hour.

I thought this was so funny. All the kids are petting the pigeon and Maddie was still sitting.

We made a special trip to Walmart for cookie cutters and sprinkles for some halloween cookies.

This activity entertained Caitlyn even longer than Maddie. She loved it. That's probably because she shoved a golf ball size peice of cookie dough into her mouth before I could stop her.

Spreading frosting with her hand.

This little activity made a complete mess of the kitchen

but the memories makes it all worth it.

Hope you're all feeling better! You definitely do a great job of keeping those girls entertained, Beck! We may have to come back to Nashville soon to try out that new train at the zoo :)
