Atlanta and other fall activities

We visited Atlanta two weekends ago. It was a blast. We had one beautiful day and then two rainy days. The aquarium was beautiful and it was Maddie's 3rd different aquarium.

The hotel was great, an Embassy Suites right next to Centennial Park. We could walk to the Coca Cola World Museum and the Aquarium. There was a playground in the park as well. The only setback was a midnight fire alarm in our hotel. Luckily Maddie went back to sleep ok.

The crowd seen out our window was a night walk for breast cancer.

She was unsure about the Coca Cola polar bear. I guess 7 foot polar bears aren't her thing.

Mmmm, the tasting room. There were 64 flavors to try. I had enough after about 4.

Maddie tasting the sugary sweetness.

The aftershot.

Running out energy at the park.

Picnic in the park.

"Can't we eat without being photographed by Mrs. Papparazzi?"

Future Olympian.

Being silly (that's my moisturizer on her face)

"Do jellyfish sting?"

On the drive home with her favorite blankie and doll.

Gentry Farms Pumpkin Patch. It was cold.

"King me!!!"

No, she did not recover.

Hayride

Hay maze for children.

Carving our pumpkin

"Mommy, it kind of looks like you."

"These are the pumpkin's brains"

"Poor sucker still carving that pumpkin while I'm playing."

"It does look like Mommy."

The Morley's move back home.

My parents moved back to the states last week. They flew into Nashville last Thursday and stayed with us for a week. It was great having them here. Maddie enjoyed eating all of Pappy's food, helping Gramma wash dishes, going to the circus, and taking the dogs on a lot of walks.

I bought a play gym from my church's consignment sale. Maddie loves it!

Eating Pappy's cereal

The Circus. She did so well and really enjoyed it.

Thinking that Jojo is more her size.

She really started to enjoy the show once she realized how good the food was! She watched, wide-eyed, as she shoveled handfuls of popcorn into her mouth.
