Fourth of July

We had a great fourth with the Schneiders. We went for a couple of runs, had an adults night out at Puckett's Grocery (it's a restaurant, not a grocery store) and hosted a barbecue at our house for the other GI fellows. Maddie loved having her grandparents and Uncle Jeff here to play with. As I looked back through my pictures I noticed two reoccurring themes. 1) Food. She ate so well for those four days. I was in heaven, however she's back to her picky toddler ways now. She must have been going through a growth spurt. 2) Nakedness (luckily only Maddie felt the need to be naked) For some reason she has only her diaper on in a lot of pictures. I promise you, I have my child in clothing most of the time.

"What's wrong with this shirt?"

"Mmm, grilled cheese."

"Mmm, a bagel"

Helping Mom clean up.

Abs. I think I only lasted 5 minutes into the video. Al and Jeff did much better.

"Mmmm, more bagels"

"Mmmm, cereal"

Helping Nana clean the door.

"Cleaning is hard work, Nana. You need to stay hydrated."

Doing JoJos hair.
As you can tell, Maddie loved in when Uncle Jeff carried her in her Fisher Price seat.

Exhausted!

I got Maddie up from her Nap to say goodbye. Of course everyone had to say goodbye to the stuffed animals too.

Playgroup.

These pictures where taken right before the ambulance and fire engine showed up. Everyone was fine but we still had a scare and a little excitement for playgroup. (one of the moms got sick)

Yes! Pigtails!

Ok, I admit, this isn't the most attractive hairstyle.
