Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Maddie only takes one nap a day now. This nap is usually less than an hour. This means I'm so exhausted at the end of the day and limits my time to get things done. Today, I thought she'd sleep longer because she was happy in the morning. Unfortunately, she woke up after 50 minutes. I let her cry for 30 minutes hoping she'd fall back asleep but that didn't work. I have to say I miss our two-nap schedule and look forward to the end of this transition.
Maddie welcoming JoJo home after being in the kennel for the weekend.

It's so hard to hold Maddie still long enough to change her diaper. This picture was taken after I changed her diaper and I didn't want to wrestle with her to put her pjs back on.

I think Maddie wishes JoJo was a pony.

I think the recession is hurting us since I let my chid run around in her diaper with one shoe on. Seriously though, her pants were off because she moved too quickly after I changed her diaper. We lost the other shoe at the library that morning but Maddie really wanted to keep her one shoe on.

Redecorating my window ledge (while doing the 'Egyptian' dance).

I brought in an old box from our garage for Maddie to play with.

"Ok, I'm over it. I wonder what's over here."

"AAHH, JoJo. Now that's what I want to play with!"
